The City of Garland held a general election May 7 to elect City Council members for Districts 2 and 5.
Final unofficial results are as follows:
District 2
Trayc Claybrook - 64 votes - 11.57%
Koni Ramos-Kaiwi - 103 votes - 18.63%
Deborah Morris - 386 votes - 69.80%
District 5
Cle D. Kimble - 132 votes - 18.94%
*Margaret A. Lucht - 347 votes - 49.78%
*Jon Dehn - 218 votes - 31.28%
*District 5 will have a runoff election June 18, 2022.
