Join the Garland Cultural Arts Commission, Inc. for ‘The Art of Party,’ an evening with the Emerald City Band All-Stars. We put the ‘fun’ in ‘fundraiser’ featuring everyone’s favorite party band with dancing, complimentary nibbles and a cash bar.
All the proceeds benefit GCAC, Inc., non-profit supporting Garland arts and artists since 1987.
